For more than two decades, I’ve operated at the intersection of international law, business strategy, and risk management. As a legal leader, I’ve advised boards and executive teams, navigated complex multi-jurisdictional regulations, and led high-stakes M&A transactions across the Middle East and beyond.

My role was never just about interpreting the law; it was about translating intricate legal issues into clear, commercially understandable risks and opportunities. I sat at the negotiation table, not just as a lawyer, but as a strategic partner, working to protect the business while driving it forward.
